KAREN PATRICK

Group Chief Executive

Co-founded and Chief Executive Officer Zenith Assets Management in December 2024.
Since the official launch, he has been in charge of the company which today has... approximately 1000 employees worldwide.. He is also involved in originating investment opportunities in the North West and South West of the UK.
A business management graduate of Northwestern University.
Chief Executive Officer of Zenith since 2024, he has since expanded the company internationally with our own people on-site in Luxembourg, UK, and Ireland, the Netherlands, the Nordic countries.
Mr. Karen has worked in the private equity industry as a principal and management team advisor for over 20 years at Zenith, Deloitte, HSBC Private Equity, and Pi Capital.

EVGENI FELIKS

Group Chief Financial Officer

Chief financial officer of Zenith Asset Management. He is responsible for overall risk management, financial planning and reporting, financial control, SEC compliance, taxation, and investor relations for Zenith....
Evgeni joined Zenith towards the end of 2024 having previously held positions with F&C Asset Management and Geoghegan & Co Chartered Accountants. He graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2003 with a degree in Economics and Management and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

DANIEL ELIOT RAY

Portfolio Manager

Daniel joined Zenith towards the end of 2024, is part of the investment team, and involved in deal origination, deal execution, and portfolio management. He particularly focusses on originating investment activities in the South West and the South East....
Prior to joining Zenith, Daniel worked as a corporate finance advisor specializing in advising private equity investors and banks deploy capital into SMEs at Kingston Smith Corporate Finance. He previously worked at Terra Firm, a Capital Partners and Crowe.
Daniel leads our ESG strategy and is responsible for implementing this within our portfolio companies and wider business.
Daniel is a chartered accountant and graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Geography.

HELLE TIINA HENRIK

Group Chief Operating Officer

Helle graduated in 1982 from UCL with a BSc and MSc in Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross. He joined the merchant bank, Granville, in 1987. While at Granville Philip helped set up Zenith and joined the team towards the end of 2024. ...He has overall responsibility for finance, operations, and compliance at Zenith Assets Mgt.
